Racism, sexism, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. Respect all members.

2️⃣ MINIMUM ACTIVITY REQUIREMENT

Members must be active in the community at least once per week. Extended inactivity without notice may result in removal.

3️⃣ PARTICIPATION BEYOND CHATTING

Ranking up requires more than casual chatter. Members are expected to contribute to the server’s goals and missions.

Examples include:

- Joining campaign missions and events

- Diving alongside other members “on duty”

- Assisting new recruits

- Contributing to after-action reports, intel logs, or lore development

Orders and briefings from leadership should be followed during missions/events. RP or not, respect the rank structure.

You can always open a ticket should you have a question and want to engage with the council directly.

5️⃣ POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION TO THE COMMUNITY

Help maintain a welcoming, fun, and safe environment. Don’t stir unnecessary drama, arguments, or toxicity.

6️⃣ LIGHT RP ENGAGEMENT

Members are expected to engage in light roleplay elements (briefings, camaraderie, mission reports).

No deep character sheets are required, but buy into the theme.

7️⃣ UPHOLD THE CRIMSON BLADES’ IMAGE

Whether in missions or casual interaction, members represent the 286th Crimson Blades.

Keep behavior aligned with the faction’s identity: disciplined, fun, and respectful.

Your R.I.T.E & What's allowed

Here to tell you about it is the leader of the 286th Crimson Blades: Maine the Harbinger

⚠️R.I.T.E.⚠️

-Recruit Initiation and Training Evaluation

R.I.T.E. Rules

Maximum of 5 Accidentals. On the 6th it is an automatic failure. Averaging 2 accidentals per mission. Must complete each mission with a Two star or better. That doesn’t mean take the easy way out. A 2 star will most likely be a marksman score.

Must lead the Fire team.

Must choose the enemy.

Would like to see coordination of Fireteam’s stratagems to maximize efficiency.

Communication and direction.

Going into overtime merit’s the need for further training such as moosecamp but not a failure credential.

Recruits have 12 days to do their RITE from the time they enter the server, Extensions may be made if needed given the circumstances.

Finally, YES you are restricted to the following items JUST FOR THE RITE

RITE Process and structure:

-The Recruit will lead the fireteam with a squad of 3 additional 286th members for a whole operation (3 missions = 2ish Hours).
