Members Expectations

 

1. Serve the Community First

  1.a. Every decision made by the High Command must prioritize the well-being, safety, and enjoyment of the community above personal interests.  

2. Uphold Fairness & Neutrality

  - 2.a. High Command members must act without favoritism, discrimination, or bias.  

  - 2.b. All members of the community are to be treated with equal respect.  

3. Decisions by Majority Vote

- 3.a. Major decisions are resolved through majority vote.  

  - 3.b. Tie votes are tabled for further discussion until consensus is reached

4. Transparency & Communication

  - 4.a. Decisions that affect the community should be shared clearly with members.  

 - 4.b. Secrecy should only apply when protecting privacy or sensitive issues.

5. Accountability & Integrity

  - 5.a. High Command members are expected to lead by example, following the same rules and standards as the community.

Protect the Safe Haven

- 6.a. The High Command’s core purpose is to maintain the Crimson Blades as a safe, inclusive, and fun environment.  

  - 6.b. Toxicity, abuse of power, or undermining this purpose will not be tolerated.  

 

 

7. Content Boundaries

- No NSFW content. First offense = timeout + DM. Repeat offense = removal.  

  - No religion or politics. This community is meant to be a break from real-world debates.  

8. Operational Rules

- No solo diving for deployment orders.  

- No more than 4 Strike Groups. Prevents unnecessary micromanagement.  

- No farming for kill orders. (e.g., camping outside detector towers).  

- Stolen Valor = instant ban. Pretending to be armed forces is not tolerated.  

 

 

 MEMBER EXPECTATIONS

 

  Zero Tolerance for Discrimination

- Racism, sexism, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.  

- Respect all members.  

 

 Minimum Activity Requirement

- Members must be active in the community at least three times per month.  

- “Active” means contributing to Deployment Orders (DO).  

- For those assigned to a Strike Group, activity is measured as five contributions per month to Deployment Orders.  

- Extended inactivity without notice may result in removal.   

 

 Participation Beyond Chatting

- Ranking up requires meaningful contributions beyond casual chatter.  

- Examples:  

  - Joining campaign missions/events  

  - Diving alongside members “on duty”  

  - Assisting new recruits  

  - Contributing to after-action reports, intel logs, or lore development  

 

 Respect the Chain of Command

- Orders and briefings from leadership should be followed during missions/events.  

- RP or not, respect the rank structure.  

- Members may open a ticket to engage directly with the High Command if needed.  

 

 Positive Contribution to the Community

- Help maintain a welcoming, fun, and safe environment.  

- Avoid unnecessary drama, arguments, or toxicity.  

 

 Light RP Engagement

- Members are expected to engage in light roleplay elements (briefings, camaraderie, mission reports).  

- No deep character sheets required, but buy into the theme.  

 

 Uphold the Crimson Blades’ Image

- Members represent the 286th Crimson Blades in missions and casual interaction.  

- Behavior should reflect the faction’s identity: disciplined, fun, and respectful.  

 

 Accountability

- Members are responsible for their words and actions.  

- Staff and High Command will address issues fairly, but repeated violations may result in disciplinary action or removal.
